sales promotions, new products and discontinued product

and enter your email address and it will automatically
remove you from our mailing list.
On occasion we may contact you by telephone regarding
the status of your order. Your phone number will not be
used for any kind of solicitations unless you have asked us to
contact you for a specific reason.
Payment
Options Information
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards,
Paypal, Google Checkout and personal checks, cashier's
checks or money orders. We will notify you by
email or phone if your credit card does not go through
properly. All payments must be in US dollars.

return to our web site simply close the window for the currency converter.
If your
billing address is in Arkansas, you must pay 9% sales tax.
When paying with your credit card, we will immediately charge your credit card and prepare
it for shipment. In the event an item is not in stock, we will notify you by email
or phone as to the status of availability.
There will be a $25 service fee on checks that do not have sufficient funds available at
the time they are processed by the bank.

Returns Information
Simply follow these steps to process your
return:
Contact Old Town
Gifts by email or phone PRIOR TO returning any item purchased
within
10 days of receiving your order
for authorization to return the item. Items
must be received by Old Town Gifts within 15
days from the date your order was shipped by Old Town
Gifts. Special order items are not able to be
returned.
NOTE:
Items returned that did not receive authorization or
are outside of the 15 days since your order shipped,
you will be charged a restocking fee of $10 or 20% of
the purchase price, which ever is greater.
Prepare the merchandise for shipping with care, using
the original packaging materials to pack it securely.
Make
sure to purchase insurance on the package for its full value to protect you from any
financial loss due to damage or lost shipment by the carrier.
Please return the merchandise promptly in its original condition in order to
receive a refund or credit based upon your original method of payment. We
will not give credit for merchandise returned that is not
it's box or special
packaging, or has damage to the item's box or packaging, so please be careful when opening your
collectibles gift boxes. We are not referring to the
packaging for shipment, but the actual item's box.
Unfortunately shipping charges are not refundable and
orders that were originally shipped free of charge will be credited back minus the
original shipping costs. Additionally, you must pay the shipping and insurance
costs to return merchandise to Old Town Gifts & Collectibles.
Merchandise must be in our possession within 30 days from the date
of shipping in order to receive a refund. The
item should be in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. All returns should

Damage from Shipping or Defective Merchandise
Check your order
carefully when it arrives as you have ONLY 12 days
from the day we ship it to you to file a damage or
defective claim using our online form.
Do not destroy the box
or packing materials that your order was received in
if your have damage from shipping if your order was
shipped via FedEx. FedEx does pick up all
damaged product(s) and they do require the original
box the items were shipped in. This is their way
of protecting themselves from fraudulent damage
charges.
Instructions for
filing a damage claim on
FedEx shipments in
which merchandise is damaged:

Complete our online Damage/Defective Notification
form by clicking
here.
- You will receive
a confirmation email from us that we have received
your
damage/defective claim usually within 24 hours.
- Call
FedEx as soon as possible to report the
damaged item at
1-800-GOFEDEX (463-3339) and
ask for Customer Service.
- Have the
FedEx tracking number which appears at the
bottom of the shipping label on your package, if you
can't find it, email us and we will be glad to
provide you with it.
- FedEx will
schedule a pick up of the damaged item(s) in the
original box it
was shipped in and then return it to us.
- FedEx will
want to know where you are going to leave the
package for pick up in the event someone is not home
when they come to pick it up.
- They will give
you a claim # which you
need to email to us so we can
file a
claim for reimbursement of this damaged item.
Please
let us know if they do
not pick it up as scheduled after you have called
them. Once we have received your email
with the FedEx claim # we will send your replacement
item or issued a refund to you if we are not able to
replace the item.

Priority Mail

Pre-Order
Information
You can
"pre-order" an item that we have ordered but has not
yet been released for delivery by the manufacturer.
By pre-ordering you
allow us the ability track our customers demand to
ensure we can have enough ordered to fill pre-orders
before suppliers run out.
Why should I pre-order merchandise?
By pre-ordering now you are reserving this merchandise to
be shipped to you as soon as it is received. We fill
pre-orders on a first-come, first-serve basis by the
date the order was placed. You will be contacted if we
are unable to fill your pre-order due to overwhelming
response or its unavailability from the manufacturer.
How do I pre-order merchandise?
To pre-order merchandise you will need to complete your order through our online
ordering process. We encourage you to place orders for pre-order items separately from
in-stock items to reduce any confusion. Your credit card will not be charged until
the item(s) are received and ready to ship to you.
What if I have both pre-order items and
in stock items on the same order? If you are placing an order for in-stock items along with pre-order items, we will ship the in
stock items to you and then ship the pre-order items when they arrive. Please note that each shipment will
be charged an appropriate shipping fee. If the in stock item total is over $85 you will receive FREE
Shipping on those items, the same is true for pre-order items. However, if the total of in stock items
is below $150 you will be charged an appropriate shipping fee, the same is true for pre-order items.
Please note that there are sometimes delays in receiving new
merchandise due to production or shipping issues that we have no control over.
We will ship merchandise as soon as we receive it. Also note that the pictures we have
online are pictures of prototypes and sometimes the final product may be slightly different than the
original prototype.
Special Order Information
It is our intention to have the product you
want, when you want it!
However, there will be occasions when we will have to
special order an item from a vendor based upon seasonal demands or if it is a slow moving
item. Just like other retailers, we are not able to carry a surplus of inventory as
we have limited inventory space in which to store them! We appreciate your patience and
understanding in these situations and we promise to do everything we can to insure you get
the item you want as soon as we can!
Our Special Order Policy requires a 20% NON-Refundable
deposit with your order. Upon receipt of your order we will verify the availability of
the item(s) from our supplier and then make the 20% deposit charge to your credit card.
It typically takes 7 to 21 days depending upon the vendor for us to receive the item(s) that are
special ordered. Once we receive your special ordered item(s) we will immediately ship
them to you and will charge your credit card for the balance due.
Should you cancel your order before it is shipped to you, you will
not be charged the balance due, however, the 20% deposit will be held as a restocking
fee. Should you return the special order item after receiving it, you will
be issued a credit on your credit card for the total invoice amount less
the 20% deposit and the shipping charge.
What if I have both special order and
in stock items on the same order?
Your entire order will be held until the special order item(s) arrive from the warehouse
so that your entire order is shipped together unless you tell us otherwise.
This will help reduce shipping fees.
The 20% deposit will be based on the special order item(s) total only and
will be handled as above. In any event, we will keep you
informed as to shipping dates and any unforeseen delays. If
you wish to receive in stock items without any delay, please place separate
orders for in stock and special order items.
Please note that vendors will sometimes make slight changes to items after they have provided
retailers with photos of the product so the final product could be slightly different than
the photo we have shown on our website. This is rare, but it has happened.
Temporarily Out of Stock Information
We do not
currently have our inventory status online.
Therefore, there is a chance that we could sell out of an item the same day you
place an order for it. If this happens, we will notify you promptly by
phone or email of the estimated date of arrival of the merchandise and asked if
you would like for us to fill your order upon its' arrival. Your credit
card will not be billed for any items that are not in stock at the time you
place your order online.
