How does that affect my order if I order a "drop ship item"?

Once we receive your order for a "drop ship item" we will process it for payment and then forward the order to our vendor for them to process for shipment to you.  Once our vendor receives your order and ships it out to you it will be approximately 7 to 14 days before you receive it.  There could be times when you may receive your order faster than that and during the holiday season it could take longer as well. 

How will my order be handled if I order both in stock items and drop ship items on the same order?

We will process your order for shipping of the in stock items from our warehouse and forward the drop ship items to our vendor for order processing and shipment.  We will honor our FREE shipping policy if the order is for more than $150 unless the shipping fees are more than average. Before we make any adjustments to shipping fees we will let you know in advance.

What if I receive my order and it is defective or damaged?

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving a "drop ship item" in order to file a defective or damage claim.  We will handle the claim and get a replacement sent out as soon as possible or issue a credit if needed. 

Our goal is to have your orders processed and shipped to you within 10 to 14 days of your placing your order with us.  As this is a new endeavor that is in its' infancy we would ask for your patience and understanding.  Please call us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the availability of an item or if you need something by a specific date so we can see if we can make it happen for you.  We hope you are as excited as we are!!!
