What’s the best way to repair a
break?
The best types of
glue to use are ones that have
some initial viscosity in order to
hold the pieces together while
they dry. Depending on the size
of the break, I use hot glue,
airplane glue, or one of the two
step epoxies that you mix
together. For small breaks use a
clear instant bonding glue like
"Crazy Glue". Apply a small
amount on both pieces being
careful not to spill over the
edges (or on your fingers). After
join the two pieces together,
clamp with a piece of painters
grade tape (the blue stuff) or
rubber band for at least 24 hours.
