We will ship your order using the shipping policies as
outlined on this page. We
use FedEx and USPS Priority Mail
as our primary carriers as
they have proven to be reliable.
Your order will usually ship within
1-2 business days of receipt of your order.
If an item that you have ordered will not ship within this 2
day period, we will always notify you by e-mail
to give you our most reasonable estimate of when the product
will be available to ship to you. All our shipments are professionally
packed with foam pellets, bubble wrap, and other packing
materials to protect them during shipping.
Old Town Gifts reserves the right to modify the amount of
shipping determined by our shopping cart as
some large or heavy items may require additional shipping
charges, likewise, some smaller or light weight
items may
require less shipping fees. If we feel it is
necessary to increase your shipping charges
from what was reflected on your order you will be notified
by phone or email.
Items that have been reduced by more than
10% off their suggested retail price do not qualify for Free
Shipping.
Please note that because of the frequent changes made by
carriers, shipping fees and policies are subject to change

Shipping
Within Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
Standard
shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx or
UPS
Home/Ground and
typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery
depending upon your destination.
We will ship to a P.O. Box address, in which case
your package will be sent via USPS Priority
Mail as most ground carriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box,
please note additional postage may be required.
Typically, we ship packages that are less than 3 pounds
via USPS Priority Mail and packages that are over 3
lbs via FedEx or UPS ground service.
We will ship to APO/FPO
addresses, however, APO/FPO addresses will not
qualify for FREE SHIPPING and we will charge the actual cost of
shipping rather than what is charged in the shopping cart
due to the increased shipping costs.

Please note that our FREE SHIPPING
policy does not apply to CLEARANCE or
Special Priced
items. We will adjust your
delivery fee once we have packed your
order for shipment to ensure it covers our cost for
shipping your order. We
apologize for this inconvenience, but our shopping
cart is not able to differentiate between clearance
and non-clearance items for the purpose of
determining the delivery fee.
• We
will gladly upgrade your shipping method for you
if it is time sensitive. Typically, we ship
packages that are less than 3 pounds via USPS
Priority Mail and packages that are over 3 lbs via
FedEx service. If you have a shipping
preference, please let us know and we will be glad
to ship it that way for you. There are many
options available which vary in cost and by
carrier.
In the event an incorrect address is
entered for shipping by the customer
when placing the order and we are
notified of the address correction after
the order has been shipped, we will
charge $10 to cover the address
correction fee of $10 fee that we will
be charged by our carrier.

• If your order is
over $150 and you would like to
upgrade the shipping we will be happy to do that for you.
However, you will be responsible for the upgraded
cost of shipping.

Shipping for Partial Orders
Occasionally,
the items comprising an order will be available at
different times. We typically will ship items
individually as they become available unless
items that are on backorder or pre-order will be
received within the
next 7 to 14 days.
Please note that when ordering pre-order items
along with current items that although the
shopping cart may not reflect any shipping charges
due to your order total being over $150, we may
have to
charge a shipping fee for the preordered
items. Please be aware
that shipping charges may apply to each preorder
item as it is shipped.
